Kigali is set to become the newest East African capital city to attract tourists - with its fabulous infrastructure, safety, great cafes and milk bars.

I like the noise here. The music is soft but the patrons are loud and lively. No one is afraid to speak their mind. People are living it up, enjoying tipples and barbeque meats, discussing life with an air of confidence.
