Are you game enough to eat something exotic? My travels have taken me places I didn’t think I would go and brought me in touch with local food I didn’t think existed or was possible to eat.

I had a finger cramp from trying the chopsticks too hard and watched in slight annoyance as Debbie expertly held up vegetables and noodles and meatballs between her sticks.

What set me off writing this was an article I read recently about a kind of tea served in Singapore – named after a popular Indian street name – Madarchod – translated which means “mother…..r” guaranteed to bring out the claws.
