Mongolia tops the list of my most favourite countries in the world. I love the deserts, mountains, flash floods and rural life more than anything else and Mongolia had all of that.

Did you know that the first dinosaur eggs were found at Flaming Cliffs in Gobi, Mongolia? The site was discovered by Roy, an American explorer.

There are no roads in Mongolia...but there are wide open blue skies, running horses, long haired sheep, sturdy cows, stocky women, aruul, men on horses, deserts, sands, grasslands...

Airag might be the first word you hear in Mongolia (and with good reason too), but it is more than just Horse Juice. Airag is a tradition.
